  1. During what hours is the trade fair open to visitors?

The SPS is open to trade visitors (at least 14 years old) at the following hours:

Tuesday, 11/23/2021, 09:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 11/24/2021, 09:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, 11/25/2021, 09:00 – 17:00 hrs

  1. Where can I find the Evocortex stand at the exhibition center in Nuremberg?

Evocortex will be represented in Hall 4A this year. You can enter the hall through the East Entrance or from Hall 3A or Hall 4. You can find the SPS site plan here.

  1. What protective and hygienic rules need to be followed when attending the trade fair in person?

The trade fair organizer has opted for the VTR plus concept (see also question: “What does VTR plus mean?”). You can find additional information on the organizer’s website.

  1. What does VTR plus mean?

VTR plus stands for “vaccinated, PCR tested or recovered”.

To quality as PCR tested, you must have been tested negative with a PCR test within 48 hours.

To quality as vaccinated, you must have been completely vaccinated with a vaccine approved in the European Union and present proof of vaccination in German or English showing that at least 14 days have passed since the final vaccination.

To quality as a recovered person, you must present proof of the existence of a prior infection with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in German or English, provided that the test was performed with the PCR method at least 28 days, but at most six months ago. You can find additional information at the organizer’s website.

  1. Is there a test offer on site?

No testing capacities will be available at the fairgrounds. If necessary, therefore, the organizer asks that you visit a test center. You can find a list of test centers in Nuremberg here.

  1. What kind of mouth-and-nose covering must be worn?

Due to the application of the VTR plus regulation, wearing mouth and nose protection is no longer required. Visitors and exhibitors are of course free to wear an appropriate mask anyway. The obligation to maintain a minimum distance from other persons is no longer applicable, as are all upper limits for persons. Further information is available on the organizer’s website.

  1. Do special protective and hygienic measures have to be observed at the Evocortex stand?

The organizer’s rules must be followed. No additional rules need to be followed at the Evocortex stand. See 3. “What protective and hygiene rules need to be followed when attending the trade fair in person?”
